Alice took me to Wonderland in this drawing where croquet is played with hedgehog balls and flamingo mallets. Strikingly different interpretations are easily found as well. I really enjoy the sunny colors.
Very striking as always. I can´t quite see the Alice croquet theme but that doesn´t matter at all. As you say, it can be interpreted in many ways. What I immediately saw was a very large horse-like creature but, then, there are lots of strange and wonderful beasts in the story and this could well be one of them. The fact that it´s apparently for sale at the bargain price of $1 doesn´t surprise me at all. Everything and anything is possible in Wonderland. I´d buy it at any price!
