This week's AnnaLift featuring bright colors and flowers and I was moved to do my page with photos of violets in the grass of our lawn last April. It is full of the feel of spring and warmer weather. This week's Digi Dare #259 is a gem calling for a sky photo. I have some of those scattered over the months. The one that appealed most was from my birthday last May. It too has a decided feel of warmer days. They make quite a pair to lift spirits when it is snowing or blowing or just plain gray outside.

Well, at least now I know your birthday is in May, I'm sure I missed it last year... I am so sorry Jean! One more thing to miss about Deco-Pages, the forum always reminded me of birthdays! Well, heel that I am... I wish you a happy belated birthday! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for brightening my day by sharing the lovely spring violets page! What a sight for sore eyes! :)
May has 31 days so we´ll have to hope we find out sometime exactly which of them is your birthday!
ReplyDeleteBoth your sky and your violets remind me of warmer days but your violets make me long for spring in my own garden. You´ve created quite a pretty painted look to your page and I love the way you´ve made the colour run in one of your backgrounds. Maybe a splash of tears as you regret the passing of that particular month or, more likely, a clever eye catching device!
