More In the Iris Garden

My sister's iris provide wonderful opportunity for photography and I've combined two for a challenge to use at least three creative techniques that have been discussed previously. It was quite fun and the iris, Sierra Rim, is another of those introduced by her and her late husband. Meanwhile, my sister returned late Saturday from Victoria, British Columbia, where she attended the annual convention of the American Iris Society. Sounds like she had a great time, but it involved a lot of travel. A missed flight meant her checked bag didn't make it with her. Hope it was really delivered Sunday afternoon as promised. So, here it is.

  3. Fabulous iris. Fabulous page. Love that blended in photo and those lovely swirls.
Your sister is quite an expert to have "designed" something so spectacular.

  4. How funny...I was trying to guess the creative techniques used and had decided one was blending a photo into the background. Then decided one must be the masked used on the photo of the gorgeous iris featured here. Loved your title but didn't think about it being part of the challenge since you often have fun and unusual titles. Then I saw your list...LOL! What a spectacular LO you've created using these creative techniques!
