Lucky Number 13

The weekly lift has a different twist. There isn't a page to scraplift but there are examples of what others have done on using numbers in a page. Lots of ideas were given but as soon as I saw "your favorite number" I knew I had to do a new page on the number 13. It may be a little startling to see a photo mask used as a design element with no photo, just the black shape. This was also a good excuse to use one of my newly purchased bright green papers. (And the number or word 13 appears thirteen times.)

  1. I like your ode to the number thirteen. Throughout the years, Friday the thirteenth has been a lucky day for me. It's great to look at thirteen from a different angle.

  2. Well, Monday the 13th must be my lucky day as it´s the day on which I was born so the number holds no sinister connotations for me! It can´t have for you either as you seem to have tempted fate by using it 13 times.

This is a most unusual page and very dramatic with the black photo mask which is so startling against all that bright green. You´ve created an abstract work of art in the true meaning of the word.
